- Luggage compartment: You will enjoy your rental much more if you choose a car with plenty of space for passengers and luggage.
- Fuel Policy: Not planning to drive long distances? With the "Same amount of fuel on delivery as on pickup" policy you will save a lot of money.
- Location: you can't find anything more convenient than an "in-airport" pick-up rental, but an "out-of-airport" rental that will take you by rental company shuttle bus can be much cheaper.
The vast majority of our rentals include Theft Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), local taxes, airport surcharges as well as road taxes. You will pay for any 'extras' when you collect your car, along with any new driver, additional driver, or one-way fees - but we will explain any additional charges before you book your car. (Taking your own child seats or GPS can be an easy way to reduce your costs). For more details on what's included, just check the Terms & Conditions for each car you're looking for.
If you have included your flight details in your booking, we will be able to track the flight and reserve the vehicle for you. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible.
In case of an accident, call the number stated in the contract you received at the beginning of the rental. The representative will inform you of the procedure. Also, call the police to report the accident and an accident report will be completed on your return. In the event of a breakdown, contact roadside assistance.
Regarding the driver

In order for a driver to be able to rent a GFI Rent a car vehicle he/she must:
- Minimum age: 23 years old and have held a driving license for at least one year for car categories B.
- Have held a driving license for at least 1 year. The driving license must be Greek, European (for EU countries), or International (for non-EU countries).
Only those named in the rental contract as drivers are allowed to drive the GFI Rent a Car.
Yes, you can add more than one driver to your contract.
Just inform us about the additional driver, in the phone call after sending the booking form.
The additional driver must meet the rental requirements and have a valid driving license with him/her which must be presented before hiring the car.
The second driver is free of charge and the cost of each additional driver is 5€ + VAT per rental day.
Regarding the use of the car

Changing the return point of the car may also mean a higher charge. Please contact us for information.
There is a 3-hour grace period. After the 3 hours, there will be an extra day charge.
Regarding online booking
Find information on queries about online booking.
Just fill in the information we ask you on the page by clicking on the orange "Book Now" button, which you will find on the left side of the main page header.
These are:
- The GFI Rent a Car service point where you will pick up and drop off the car.
- The dates and times of pick-up and drop-off.
- The type of car you want to rent.
- If you would like some additional options for your car
Complete your booking by filling in the driver's details and selecting your preferred method of payment.
After the successful completion of your reservation, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your reservation.
You can only change the dates, times, and pick-up point - if the change is for a service point in the same county - up to 2 hours before the start of your booking. You can make a change to your booking by email or phone call.
A change in the booking details implies a recalculation of the price based on the prices in force at the time, the availability of vehicles, the return point, etc.
No. The cardholder of the booked car must be present to collect the car, as the cardholder will sign the rental contract as the driver.
Easy! In order to issue invoices to company details please contact us and provide us with the following details (1) name (2) address (3) VAT number, Tax ID, Tax Office.
